I have a room for rent .. Apartment is at 28th Street and 37th Ave in Astoria. It's only a train stop away from Queensboro Plaza...15 mins Commute to Manhattan..
I am looking for a longterm roommates only(Kinda tired looking for roommates every few months)... Single person Only.... Rent is $400.00 a month plus utilities..
