B. Bharatpur

1 plus Bigha land on the road at Gunjanagar, Bharatpur- 3.75 lakh/katha

1/2 katta in Bharaput height behind Birendra campus- 20 haat along in the front along the road-1lakh/haa

c. manakamana Temple area

20 plus ropani single plot on the newly constructed road-excellent to have resort or tapoban type meditation center  development -negotiable rate

they are all on Sale by owner means cheap and must go quickly because I want to relocate from Nepal.

Landko price ghatdai jadai chha bhanchhan, khai ke garne ke garne. I will probably wait before buying something.. can't  buy in KTM in current prices, but how about those outside KTM? How much price are you asking for Manakamana land and Bharatpur land? Where exactly are they?
