Hey guys,

I have some immigration problems. I became out of status two years ago. Now, I want to go to Canada in a visit visa and go back to Nepal from Canada and come back to Canada. Then work in Canada and go back and come back.
In this case, how hard is to get a canadian visit visa from America?  Do they give multiple entries too? How long I can stay in Canada in a visit visa?
To summarize, I want to visit Nepal badly and knowing the fact that America won't let me enter again for 10 years, I wanna go to Canada forever and maintain legal status there.
Need help, please give some ideas.

Its tough dude..They have started sharing biometrics to maintain border security. Basically, ur immigration history in USA would be available to Canadian consulate and authorized people in now time.
That being said, its not like u will not be permitted to Canada. But, it is really difficult. I mean think about it.

To apply for the Canadain visiting visa, you need to prove your legal status in the US. I applied last year and approved but I was in F1.
In your case, there might be some ways. Do research.
Also you can apply for Multiple or single entry visiting visa. Its upto you.
