Hello guys...
My mother-in-law was here in US in visitor visa (mutliple) and went back to Nepal after staying here for about six months. We are planning to bring her again after five to six months of stay in Nepal. Do you think there would be a problem? I heard rumors that they will return from port of entry if the stay outside US is not at least a year. Anybody with previous experience?
Thanks,
Goodjob

Multiple visa means you can enter and exit as many times as you want. No problem at all. The officer at POE can grant less than 6 months stay but can not deport her. Chill out!!!

I think the main thing here is the immigration office should not suspect about her coming for work or for business if she is coming in visitor visa. Otherwise she should be good to come as many times as she wants.
