A WILD-DOG IS FOUND IN THE STREETS OF KATHMANDU.....ACCORDING TO THE MEDIAS, IT HAS ALREADY INFECTED RABIES TO THE LOCALS IN THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBORHOOD...WE, THE RESIDENTS OF KATHMANDU, URGE THE DOE ( DEPARTMENT OF EVACUATION) TO RESCUE THE DOG ASAP SO THAT WE COULD LIVE SAFE.....
