Yes, Western countries want civil war in Nepal for not only destroy Prachandra path ( Prachandra ko jatiya state issue --- CIA Ka Nepali Agent haru plus Krishna Bhattachan, ra Ang...sherpa le westrenized ko busket ma bechi diyaka chan) but also bring UN army into Nepal and play role to free tibet. Vision less leaders for sure will distroy Nepal, and after all they will regret.
